For over two decades, Dan has dedicated his career to helping individuals and organizations tackle tough challenges to serve their clients, employees, and communities.
Dan is a Certified Executive Coach with the Center for Executive Coaching and an ACC-level International Coaching Federation credentialed coach. He has over 10 years of coaching experience - guiding leaders and individual contributors in large healthcare organizations, and technology and manufacturing startups.
Dan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Stanford Blood Center, a division of Stanford Health, where he oversees 250+ staff in donor-facing and laboratory settings. At Stanford, he has developed a leadership development program for aspiring leaders, leading to several successful promotions.
Dan's career journey has spanned diverse industries— including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, consulting, and human resources. He has served in strategy, sales and operational roles in the US and Asia, including founding and running an affordable housing startup in India.
Dan has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a William T. Morris Foundation Fellow.
